The Brownlow House

Everything for our wedding was perfect! Whitney, husband and kids made it so amazing!!! Coach checked us and our guests in and we had the most beautiful wedding set up by Whitney and staff. I cannot thank any of them enough for such an amazing, wonderful and beautiful day!

I had my wedding at Brownlow House in October of 2025. We were looking for a venue that could give us a fun, relaxed wedding experience, while keeping it intimate and casual. I wanted to be able to stay the night at the property after my wedding, and have some of my family stay too. We were also extremely aware of the high cost of weddings, so I went with the Brownlow Wedding package that included all of the wedding essentials, and added on food as well. The price was extremely reasonable, and as an event planner for my profession, I have higher standards for event venues and service. To say Brownlow House blew my expectations out of the water is an understatement! I was listened to for every thought, idea and question I had. We were treated like royalty the whole day. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable- the food was amazing all day. Dinner at the wedding was a highlight for many of the guests- the food was straightforward but cooked to perfection. The guests were raving about the venue and their overall experience- everyone had a fantastic time. Thank you Whitney, Coach, and the whole team at Brownlow House for making our wedding weekend simply amazing!

We had our beautiful wedding at The Brownlow House and absolutely recommend it as a venue for an intimate wedding (ours was 60-65). Whitney was incredible, so attentive, friendly, and organized. She always showed support and had such great ideas and suggestions to make the day perfect!! Coach was so sweet, personable, and attentive as well. He made sure that all our needs were met and more when it came to the rooms. The entire team is fantastic and I am so glad that we got to experience our special day at such a special place.

A wonderful B&B experience. Everything was great from the owner helping with the booking to the onsite manager Coach, who made our stay comfortable and worry free. The rooms and house are a time capsule full of elegant charms. Highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect for all things Denton as well.

We had my daughter’s wedding at the venue and it was BEAUTIFUL! We stayed at the Brownlow overnight. All four rooms were nice, comfortable and perfect. Each room has it’s on bath and bathroom. The porcelain tub was deep and wonderful. The venue is fully decorated inside, we only added flowers every thing else was already decorated. Whitney the owner was Wonderful.She fixed breakfast , just what we needed to get everything done before the ceremony. It had rain that Friday night prevented us from decorating the outside. She was very helpful and gave us free range of what we needed to do and she even helped cause we were running out of time. She just jumped right I. And I really appreciated it. She was so wonderful to my daughter. Made her feel super special on her wedding day. She even helped with the clean up. Amazing!!! Whitney is the best. When we went to visit the venue she walked through every thing with us. She saw our vision and how we could make it happen. If you need a venue visit The Brownlow House!

Me and my husband had our wedding at The Brownlow House and it was everything we wanted (and more)! Whitney is incredibly attentive and organized, helping us come up with creative solutions for the weather. The entire house is stunningly decorated. We stayed two nights with some close friends and were well taken care of the entire time by Coach. With being so close to the square, we were able to enjoy downtown Denton that night with our guests as well. We could not have asked for anything better for our wedding weekend. Location, staff, ambiance… 10/10!

We had our wedding here on Valentine's Day and it could not have been more perfect! Whitney helped us to meticulously plan out the day and organized a truly wonderful ceremony. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with vintage charm and flair. Each room features a claw foot tub perfect for a relaxing soak and is decorated beautifully. Even though it rained on our wedding day and we couldn't utilize the gorgeous backyard, Whitney made an inside ceremony work with ease which took all of the stress off of my wife and I! Everything went smoothly and there were no hiccups. The cake was also delicious and made by Whitney herself. Coach was so attentive, helpful, and an overall joy to talk to. If you are looking for a weekend getaway or a space to hold a special event, look no further than The Brownlow House!

My husband and I came into town to visit family and we stayed 3 nights in the Oak Room #3. This house is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and made me feel like I was in another time. My favorite amenity was the AMAZING clawfoot tub. I loved that so much! The best part of our experience though was the amazing and attentive host, Coach, who took care of us in the most exemplary and detailed fashion. We cannot say enough about his kindness, his genuine care, and how well he served us. We loved every detail about our stay. We had amazing nights sleep. The breakfasts were great, but the banana split was 5 star!! We plan to return someday to our new and favorite home away from home in Denton TX. Thank you, Coach!
